Background 

Byre Barn is a luxury barn wedding venue set in the Kent countryside, offering couples a stylish yet welcoming location for food focused celebrations. With packages starting from £15.9k and targeting £20k+ weddings, Byre Barn was built to appeal to a London and South East audience seeking exclusivity, exceptional catering and a enhanced guest experience.

 

The owners approached Wild Events & Consulting to create a full launch strategy, establish the venue’s brand identity and deliver a clear roadmap to market.

 

Objectives 

  • Position Byre Barn as a high end luxury wedding venue in Kent.

  • Attract London based professionals aged 28–42 with dual incomes.

  • Build early brand awareness across social media, digital platforms and PR.

  • Create a clear enquiry to booking system for long term sales growth.

  • Ensure launch materials reflect a luxury, story led brand journey.

 

Strategy & Implementation

 

1. Branding & Identity 

  • Developed full brand guidelines (tone of voice, fonts, colour palette, positioning).

  • Established luxury storytelling approach: inspirational, exclusive and guest focused.

  • Designed marketing assets including brochure copy, website content and listings for Bridebook, Hitched, Coco Weddings etc.

 

2. Digital Marketing & SEO 

  • Built an SEO optimised website with immersive storytelling design.

  • Created high converting landing pages for brochure downloads and enquiries.

  • Developed Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn content plans, plus branded templates.

  • Set up Google friendly FAQ content to support rankings.

 

3. Sales Journey & CRM Setup 

  • Setup new CRM system (Sonas) with all Byre Barn information.

  • Setup phone lines.

  • Designed enquiry response emails and automation flows tailored to luxury couples.

  • Built a CRM nurture journey including seasonal re-engagement emails.

      

4. Supplier & Community Partnerships 

  • Curated a list of aligned suppliers (photographers, florists, cake designers, celebrants).

  • Open day coordination plans.

  • Secured collaborations with local businesses

 

5. Launch & Events 

  • Planned and marketed Byre Barn’s first Open Day (Sept 2025) with supplier showcases.

  • Produced four styled content shoots.
