About Me

Hi, I’m Kayleigh,  the lady behind Wild Events & Consulting.

​

After 15+ years in hospitality, weddings, and marketing, I created Wild Events & Consulting to help venues and small businesses grow with strategy, systems, and a whole lot of realness.

My Story

I’ve worked behind the scenes in the hospitality world for over a decade, from wedding venues and boutique hotels to brand launches and restaurant opening's.

 

I started Wild Events & Consulting because I saw too many brilliant businesses struggle with their message, their sales process, or their digital presence. They had amazing potential… but no clear way to show it off.

 

Now I help wedding venues and service led brands across the UK sharpen their strategy, streamline their sales, and create standout websites and marketing that actually work.

Where I Have Been

Before launching Wild Events & Consulting, I worked in:

 

  • Wedding and Event Sales Manager, General Manager, Front of House Manager, Head of Events,  Deputy General Manager, at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve

  • Group Marketing Sales & Events Director at The Cave Hotel & Golf Resort

  • Various hospitality management roles at ABode Canterbury

  • Studied European Hospitality Management, spending a couple of months in Fécamp, Normandy delivery weddings and events. 

  • Launch & rebrand support for Byre Barn, Socialite, Akon Security Services Ltd, Dover Marina Hotel & Spa, and more.

I’ve trained teams, created new packages, doubled enquiries, and built brands from the ground up.

I’ve done the 17 hour event shifts. Managed full hotel teams. Rewritten brochures, rebuilt websites, trained new staff, and picked up the slack when systems failed. I know how to help because I’ve been where you are.

 

And now? I make sure you don’t have to do it all alone.

I live in Kent, work flexibly around my own schedule and believe success doesn’t have to come at the cost of burnout.
